Rodents are highly adaptable and when local conditions are favorable, they can reproduce quickly spreading many diseases like hantavirus, leptospirosis, lymphocytic choriomeningitis (LCMV), Tularemia and Salmonella. Worldwide, rats and mice spread over 35 diseases. These diseases can be spread to humans directly, through handling of rodents, through contact with rodent feces, urine, or saliva, or through rodent bites.
Diseases caused by rats can be transmitted through bites or scratches. Rat feces illness can be transmitted to humans through rat droppings and urine left around your home. Humans can also get sick through contaminated food caused by rats running across countertops where food is later prepared.
Here in Aim Pest Control we ensure the safety of our customers by taking care of any rodents you may have. By rodent proofing we make sure that the rodent's entry into the building is denied by improving the buildings structural integrity. For trapping rodents we also recommend a bait station installation, where we would be coming back regularly to rebait and clean the existing bait stations.
